1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased templates, PDFs, and videos for your own use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share within your organization.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile any materials
  • Circumvent any technological protections

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Studio Madz LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

4. Payments & No Refunds

  • One-time purchase model, processed via Stripe.
  • No refunds due to the instant-download, digital nature of our products.

5. Product Availability & Updates

We strive for continuous Site uptime. Products are available indefinitely but may be updated or changed at our discretion.

6. Disclaimers & Warranties

All products and the Site are provided “as is”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Madz LLC’s total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the purchase price you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Studio Madz LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the products.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license and access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete all copies of the content.

10. Changes to Terms

We’ll notify you of material changes by email and update this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in Los Angeles County, California.
